Tuesday: breakfast, laundry, update on flooring in office, pumpkin spice latte, meal prepping and making protein balls
Wednesday: trimming flowers, going out to a coffee shop, painting with Frenchic and painting rusty fireplace
Thursday: swimming, chocolate protein porridge, meal prepping
Friday: tidying room, laundry, chilli carne meal
Saturday: Dad came to help with flooring and put up bookcases, organised shelves, damp in dining room, Snapfish
Sunday: curling hair, cat, met Fiance, church, pesto pasta and autumnal walk plus castle
