Working on the damaged motor control cables, showing how I do the first pin re-wiring, only 7 more to go.

A major problem with the Robosapien V2 Robots from Wowwee was that the people who wired up the legs used awful wire, and the insulation on the wire has turned brittle and sheared off a the robots moves. Not only is this a fire hazard due to short-circuits but it renders the robot unusable or dead. This live video show the attempts I go through to fix the problem "Its not for the faint hearted or non soldering person".
