Tapatan Ni Tunying: Bangus Isda Best

"Tapatan ni Tunying" features the usual scene at the Magsaysay market where the popular milkfish of Dagupan City are traded. The program also visits a milkfish deboning facility in the city. Marlyn Abalos, an employee at the facility, shows Anthony Taberna the process of deboning a milkfish. Dagupan City Tourism officer Sharon Maramba shares how the opening of the deboning facility provided a source of income to the residents. Finally, the program introduces Jessica Lopez who earned the moniker 'Lady Fishbone' because of her unique works of art made from various fish bones.
