1986 XR250R Problem (What's Wrong?)

Okay so here I have a 1986 XR250R frame with a 1984 XR250R engine in it. So far I have had to tear down the engine and found out that a bearing Stay bolt had backed out and came into contract with the clutch basket and then it jammed in between the Primary Drive gear and the Oil Pump gear and caused the engine to "Lock UP" and then I discovered that the timing chain guides were shot....
