Rental Property Hunting (Debt Free)

So this is my first rental property that I purchased. The location is not too far from where I lived at the time. I saved up a lot of money and after 4 years of aggressive saving I was able to purchase this property for 100k cash which means the property was debt free. I cannot stress how much easier this makes the buying process go or …. receiving the cash flow. The reason I paid cash is because I’m new to investing as a low risk investor and fell in on this turnkey property. This helped me a lot by learning the rules, regulations, and processes involved while already having 1100 USD monthly cash flow established.
