Beginner Boxing: Traditional Mexican Hand Wraps And Taping

In this video I go over how to wrap your hands for boxing or any combat sport. There are many ways to wrap hands and the best way is to try them all out and see what works for you. I also go over how to tape for this style of wrapping. I use LeRoy hand wraps and also use the regular 1" tape sold by Title Boxing. If you do not have knuckle padding you can use regular gauze to make a padding. In the video, I used the Classic Title Fight Gauze 2"x10 yard.
