6 garlic cloves;divided
3/4 onion;divided
1 bay leaf
10 New Mexico chile pods
1 Chile ancho
5 Chile arbol(optional)
2 tsp salt
I/2 tsp Bp and oregano
1/4 tsp cumin
2 lbs melting cheese
16 corn tortillas
