UPDATE 3/7/2021: Zero issues..put it up and down daily and still works great. For the money, this is such a great buy (my total was $260.00 for mount with tax). I paid $99.00 for the monoprice mount (black friday deal). Monoprice is great for lowering the viewing height of tv but you need to do it manually AND when it is all the way down you can see the mount and my jacks for cables.
The big limiting factor with installation is the requirement for 16” on center stud spacing, the other limitations include weight of tv (77 lbs max…mine was 40.5 lbs), and size of TV (37”-70”…mine was a 65”).
