While this song has been on loop in my head since playing Omori the first time, the title of the song was never truly made apparent to me. So it was very weird seeing it requested in my comments with little to no context as to what it was referring to. When I finally decided to hit it up, now that I think enough time has gone by since the game released, it finally hit me.

As a lifelong Hot Topic rewards member with a brooding and edgy disposition, Space Boyfriend was a very relatable character for me. I knew that I wanted to cover his theme from the start. I just had to figure out just how heavy and crazy I wanted to go with it, and the answer was yes.

I also really just liked the idea of naming a video simply: You were wrong. Go back.

Hope it freaked someone out.
