Snowy Days in Dublin || Abroad Vlog

Today marks the first day of a lifelong dream coming true. Since I was a little kid I have felt called to Ireland and its beautiful culture. Saint Patrick’s day was my favorite holiday growing up because I got to go to our local Irish restaurant, eat hash and eggs, and listen to trad tunes! In school I was captivated by the Book of Kells. I studied the artists and practiced drawing my own letters. The music has always been my favorite part for sure. Something about it gives me the greatest joy and Irish music has become my personal favorite niche interest of mine. Seeing the manuscript in person captured my breath and I was able to sit alongside real Irish musicians with a Guinness in hand! Exploring Dublin was everything I’ve dreamed of my whole life and more, and I am so happy I experienced it alongside my best friend.
