Paneer Dum Biriyani Recipe Ingredients

2 to 2 1/2 Liter water
1 Tej patta (Bay leaves)
6 Kali Mirch (Black pepper)
4 Long (Clove)
1 Big Pc Dalchini (Cinnamon stick)
1 Badi Elaichi (Cardamom)
5 Hari Elaichi (Green cardamom)
1 Chakri ful (Star Annis)
1 Pudina Stem (Mint)
1 Tbl sp salt
1 Tbl Sp oil
2 to 3 Tbl sp oil
2 Tbl sp Deshi Ghee
2 Tej patta (Bay leaves)
1 Jawantri (Mace)
2 pc Dalchini (Cinnamon stick)
1 Chakri ful (Star Annis)
1 Badi Elaichi (Cardamom)
5 Hari Elaichi (Green cardamom)
5 Long (Clove)
5 to 6 Kali Mirch (Black pepper)
2 Tsp jeera(Cumin seed)
1 Tsp Shahi Jeera(Royal cumin)
2 Medium Size Onion finely chopped
1 Tbl sp Lasun ki paste (Garlic paste)
1 Tbl sp Adrak paste (Ginger paste)
2 Medium Size Tomato paste
2 Tsp salt
2 Tsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder
2 Tsp Degi Mirch powder
1 1/2 Tsp Dhania powder (Coriander powder)
1 Tsp Jeera Powder (Cumin seed powder)
1/2 Tsp Haldi powder (Turmeric powder)
1 Muthi Hara Dhania finely chopped (1 Handful Green coriander leaves finely chopped)
1 Muthi Pudina ke patte finely chopped (1 Handful mint leaves finely chopped)
4 Cum Tikhiwali Hari Mirch slit (Less spicy Green chilli slit!
1/2 cup Fried Onion (Birista)
1/2 cup Fresh Dahi (Curd)
1 Tbl sp oil
300/350 Gram Paneer cube (Cottage cheese)
2 Cup Basmati Chawal (Basmati Rice )(400 Gram)
1 Tbl sp White Vinegar or 1 Tbl sp Limboo ka ras (Lemon juice)
1 Tsp Ghee
1/4 Tsp Haldi powder (Turmeric powder)
1/4 cup Milk
1 Tbl sp Cream or Malai
Add Kesar Thread (Saffron)
1/2 cup Chawal ka Pani
1/2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
Burned Charcoal in Bowl
1 Tsp Ghee
Sprinkle Fried Onion (Birista),Hara Dhania finely chopped (Green coriander leaves),Pudina ke patte finely chopped (Mint) on Top
2 Tsp Kewda water
Add Haldi Kesar Milk
1/4 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
Garnish with Hara Dhania finely chopped (Green coriander leaves) And Pudina finely chopped (Mint)
2 to 3 Tbl sp Deshi Ghee
