Johannes Radebe and Layton Williams reflect on the advice they would give their younger selves if they could, and how the challenges they faced as young black members of the LGBTQ+ community spurred them on as they join us for an intimate Pride Month One-to-One chat.

BAFTA's One-to-One event strand delivers talent-to-talent conversations in front of a live audience. For Pride Month, we have brought together pairs of LGBTQ+ talent from across the screen industries to share insights and experiences, explore what changes they'd like to see in their respective industries, and what best practice looks like to them.
