It's ILLEGAL crossing Doñana N.P. by bike, or is it?

Cycling the world - Europe: episode 97
It's illegal to cross Doñana National Park by bike but you can cross along the beach and that's how I got from Matalascañas to Sanlúcar de Barrameda. From there I started heading towards Tarifa but not before heading to Cadiz first, here I couldnt find a safe place to camp so I continue riding out of town in the night. The following morning I stopped in Conil de la Frontera for a proper gelato.
