What a week! This was a very realistic week in my NYC life. Started off with some sister time in the Upper West Side and ended up cleaning up my apartment, doing laundry and going on a target run that took a turn hehe, to start the week off strong! Work felt busy this week, but I think it was just the trying to get my workouts in and work and do everything else I wanted to that made it feel so busy. We had some self care, mentally, physically and spiritually in this vlog. Take care of yourselves, see your friends and eat good food. That is what I have to say from this weeks vlog!
