A walk from Todmorden leading up past Dobroyd Castle, (a Victorian mock-gothic pile) then across to the edge of Cliviger Gorge above Cornholme. It was worth struggling through overgrown boggy grass beforehand just to see the views in both directions from a vantage point overlooking the Valley Gorge itself. From thereon countering around and descending down towards Robin Wood, passing through Centre Vale Park, and statue of John Fielden, on the way back.
