Lied to about your upcoming flights being cancelled so you're forced to take different ones- only to find out your original flights flew as scheduled. The anti-consumer practices at Qantas go deep, on a systematic level and today we are going to do a bit of a dive into that. Of course, this is also a full Economy Trip Report.
