Sean Lim used to from F&B industry for about at least 10 years.

The question is what I have gain from this uniq group, they are few points that I would like to point out. The 1st one of course is property knowledge, I have learn so much knowledge in this property industry with their unconditional sharing, I am very grateful for that.

So the 2nd point is support, I am always able to get support and answer that I want, If I face any issues or any challenges.

The 3rd point will be set a very clear goal to work and life. Because they will break down for you what are the things that you need to do in order for you to achieve with the action plan.

No 4, humble. No matter how great the achievement you got, always keep it low to yourself, stay humble. Because no one born to be perfect. Last but not least, happy family. It’s great to able to work in this happy and friendly environment with work life balance. So this are the things that I had gain from this uniq group.

So the next question for me is what’s my advice to people that wanted to explore in this industry. I would say to ensure that you can be very discipline at work, to be patience and persistent and don’t give up easily.
