Great company, gourmet treats and one of Palma’s best Italians. This was the abcMallorca Gourmet Club event at Sandro Restaurant, during which guests got to try delightful white truffles.

These are the elements that go into making our special Gourmet Club events; an interesting mix of like-minded people; a chance to connect with both new and familiar faces; a winning insider location and a shared love of authentic Mallorcan cuisine.

The warm and welcoming Sandro Restaurant was the perfect setting for the three-course set dinner menu, beginning with a welcome glass of cava and paired with wine. Those familiar with this Palma eaterie may know that the owner, Sandro Putignano, previously worked at the former Tristán restaurant in Puerto Portals. Lucky for us, our host was on hand to make sure every detail of our dinner party was beautifully thought out.

White truffle season comes but once a year, and we were sure to make the most of this golden gourmet opportunity!
