Ingredients & Method of recipe

1 cup or 250 gms - Put ghee in the kadaai - कड़ाही में घी डालें
Heat it - इसे गर्म करो
2 cup 250 gms - Fine wheat flour - महीन गेहूं का आटा
1/2 tsp - Add Dry ginger powder - सोंठ का पाउडर(optional)
Roast on slow flame - धीमी आंच पर भुने
Roast until golden - सुनहरा होने तक भुने
Stir constantly - लगातार चलाना
Look at that consistency
our flour is golden so it is roasted - हमारा आटा सुनहरा है इसलिए सिक गया है
Let it cool for 5 min - इसे ५ मिनट के लिए ठंडा होने दें
3/4 cup or 180 gms – Add Jeggery – गुड़
Mix well - अच्छी तरह से मलाएं
Spread it into the greased plate - इसे फेला दो
Let it cool for 5 min - इसे ५ मिनट के लिए ठंडा होने दें
Give shape as your choice - अपनी पसंद के अनुसार आकार दें
Serve it hot - गरमागरम सर्व करें
