A personality is something that you've invented to pretend that you are normal, to fit in, to cope with, handle or navigate this reality. Our personalities are essentially autopilot programming instead of truly being present in our lives.

Looking at these personalities is one of the biggest and most effective ways to create change in your life. Because, we can't change what we're not willing to look at - what we cannot access - and these babies tend to hang out in our subconscious.
