Searching for Summer Wells In Florida | Sighting Reported To TBI

This week we drove down to Florida to follow up on a Summer Wells sighting that TBI did not follow up on several months ago. To our surprise we spotted a child that looked identical to Summer wells, but had a buzz-cut and dressed like a boy. The appearance was so similar we felt that we needed to report it to several agencies to ensure someone follows up.
