You all are going to LOVE this one.

This was a suppression hearing to suppress ALL evidence obtained by the police against my client because he was not in operation of his motor vehicle.

The judge was so eager to ask questions of the witnesses I just sat and watched him work (always learn to pick your battles, folks; if the judge wants to be in control and they are doing a good job, LET THEM.) I think I asked 1 or 2 questions TOTAL.

The judge agreed with our (his? lol) legal assessment of the case and SUPPRESSED all evidence obtained in a short but sweet Order issued on Friday, August 2, 2019.

After hearing the facts, if you were the judge, what would you do?
