This IDDSI 101 webinar is presented by the United States IDDSI Reference Group (USIRG), a subgroup of the International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative (IDDSI) global. The USIRG is providing this resource to facilities and organizations to assist in training: food service workers, certified nursing assistants, and caregivers, along with people who have dysphagia.
