Grand Staircase-Escalante National Park: A magnificent ride on Scenic Byway 12 in Utah from Cannonville to Capitol Reef National Park. We stopped at several overlooks (Powell Point, Puebloan Granaries, Hogback Ridge, Calf Creek, Escalante River). Also drove south of Boulder, Utah on the steep, winding Burr Trail Road and walked the beautiful, cozy Long Canyon Slot.
