Hyperdilute Radiesse (Calcium Hydroxyapatite) For Neck Rejuvenation - triNECKta

Dr. Weiner is showing hyperdilute Radiesse in a 4:1 dilution cannula injection in the neck. He prefers to use 22g 50mm EasyGuide from Sotfil for this procedure. The key to optimal results is to inject in the immediate subcutaneous plane superficial to the platysma. There is some slight resistance in this plane and you can visualize the cannula outline well. He uses 6 entry points, 4 along the sternocleidomastoid (SCM) and 2 in the submandibular area. Calcium hydroxyapatite has been shown to stimulate both collagen and elastin whereas PLLA has been found to stimulate collagen. Elastin is important for skin tightening. This can be performed in combination with RFM or lasers. RFM has been shown to produce collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid. Usually 2-3 treatments are needed.
