If it's June, it must be time to start harvesting our honey. On the 17th of June, Charlie and I began what was to take 3 days of hard work to bring in 115 deep honey supers for us to process. Most of the boxes were between 70 to 100 pounds, and we were also dealing with temperatures in the 90's every day. Now we did get help from Charlie's grandson Stephan one day, and Richie Rich gave us an afternoon as well, but between the 4 of us. we managed to bring in the load and get it prepped for processing.
