Visa Refused? How to Lodge an Appeal if your Visa has been Refused

If you have recently had a visa refused to Australia you may be able to appeal the decision. After an application for review is lodged with the Administrative Appeal Tribunal , you will receive an acknowledgement letter and will be requested files and documents relating to the decision under review from the Department of Immigration and Border Protection.
