Ingredients:
Store bought pizza dough
5-6 string cheese
1 egg
1 teaspoon water
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon butter
Parsley


Instructions:
1- Preheat oven to 425˚F( 220˚C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
2- Cut the string cheese sticks into 1” pieces and set aside.
3-On a floured surface, divide pizza dough into two pieces. Cut one piece into 11 small pieces. Cut other half of the dough into 12 pieces. (you’ll need 23 total)
4- Place one cheese cube in the center of each dough. Pull edges off each piece of dough up and around cheese to enclose completely, pinching edges together to seal.
5-Place balls seam-side down on the baking sheet in the shape of a Christmas tree (they should be touching).
6- Brush egg wash on dough balls and bake until golden, 20 to 25 minutes.
7- Whisk together melted butter and garlic. When the tree is done baking, remove it from the oven. Brush it with the garlic butter, then top with parsley. Serve warm.
