RTX3080 Laptop meets Upsiren UX Pro thermal putty and Honeywell PTM7950

**Special thanks to the folks over on the Legion Discord for telling me about PTM7950 and spearheading using it on their laptops, along with experimenting with several different thermal putties, heat pipes, and shims.

In this video I test my 12 month old application of TG-PP10 thermal putty and Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut Extreme. I quickly find that the paste has begun to dry up and need to be replaced.

This time I'll be using Upsiren UX Pro putty in place of regular thermal pads. I'll use Honeywell PTM7950 sheet (not syringe type) for the CPU and also the GPU core. I then retest. Initially it doesn't seem like the thermals are great, but after the few tests that I run I can see gradually improving thermals. 2 hours of testing later and I'm fairly impressed.

I then use the laptop for 5 weeks and retest again and the thermals have improved even more. Now it's time for a CPU undervolt and a GPU overclock.
