Made a pretty good pizza! I burned the edge a bit, but some char is actually a good thing.

I’m now keeping the fire to the left and back and using just the right side of the deck as my cooking surface instead of trying to keep the pizza in the center. This works much better as it gives me some control over heat transfer to the pizza.

I’ll give myself a B for this one.
