Hw heavy should you lift. Or should you lift heavy weights or light weights for best results. What is the best way to grow muscle.

In beginner bodybuilding we should hit both heavy weights and lights . Why?

Because our body has 2 kinds muscle fibers. Type 1 which stimulates when you do high reps and second type 2a and type 2b muscle fiber which you hit while performing low reps.

Heavy weights with low repetition and light weight with high repetitions are both important for muscle building and fat loss.

Higher repetitions for fat loss is also a common myth.

Muscle building and fat loss at the same time can be done by using both heavy weights and light weights in the gym

Your workout routine should have both kinds of repetitions.
