If you love Sandalwood then you will probably love this perfume! This gem was sent to me to review from @influenster and @tomfordbeauty This is a wood scent but not a very heavy scent. It would be great for layering with floral or fruity scents to get a more rounded fragrance which I love to do. I'm looking forward to how this wears in the Winter. Being such a hot summer I discovered just how different a scent can be in different temperatures. Fragrances I know I like turned bad on me! This did not go bad in the heat. It held its scent all day... several days in my hair and then like a week I could still smell it in the room I sprayed it! This stuff lasts! Which I definitely would hope a fragrance this high end would perform as such but whoa, the way it lasted a week in a room really got me! But as I was saying, it held up to the summer heat nicely and I look forward to Winter cause I prefer woody spicier scents during that season. Also like to note that I appreciate the packaging this comes in. With a perfume this expensive I want to take good care of it and prefer not to have it just sitting out in the open. The box it came in works so well to leave it on my dresser looking all sophisticated and cute and protected.
