How to Install Fog Lights on a 2016-2019 Police Interceptor Utility (Explorer)

This video shows how to install OE style Fog lights into your 16-19 PIU or base Explorer. 2011-2015 is much easier since it utilizes a relay to power the fogs. This was filmed real-time with minimal information obtained ahead of time. Because of this there are a few times I start down one path and realize I'd have to switch things up. Rather than edit all those parts out I decided to leave them in for anyone who cares to gain the extra knowledge. The biggest issue I found was that the power output from the BCM to the fogs was not working even after enabling in Forscan and adding in the vacant pins according to the wiring diagrams. My solution was to install a momentary activated relay module so I could at least utilize the OEM fog light button. Unfortunately I did not figure out a simple way to also get the fog light indicator to display on the dash in unison with the new module. If I eventually get both to work together I will post an update video.
