This short 16mm film from the Tayside Medical History Museum was probably made by the Anne Shaw Organisation, a company who specialised in time and motion studies to improve productivity. It was filmed in an NHS hospital in Tayside (we're not sure which one) and shows nurses providing meals for patients in an open ward. We think it was filmed in the early 1960s but if anyone can provide further information do let us know on [email protected]
