Join us for a comprehensive look at the key infrastructure and housing projects shaping the future of Kisumu. In this update, we explore the progress of several major developments and highlight the significant changes on the ground.

We've returned to find disappointing progress on the vital Mamboleo-Miwani-Chemelil-Muhoroni-Kipsitet road, with only about a kilometer of new tarmac laid.

On a brighter note, the resurfacing of the Kisumu town to Mamboleo road is complete. Other projects nearing completion include the Mamboleo railway crossing U-turn and the impressive new Air Traffic Control Tower at the Kisumu International Airport, which is 97% done.

The Mamboleo-Makuti Estate Roads upgrading project is underway, and we also provide updates on key housing projects, including the Lumumba affordable housing project, Kanyakwar housing by the National Housing Corporation (NHC), the Anderson Park Estate, which has seen its final floor completed, and Makasembo Phase 1, which is almost ready for occupation.
