2:39 REMOVE AXLE WITH A RUBBER MALLET
2:58 3/8 AXLE IS THE SAME
3:21 REMOVE NON DRIVE JAM NUT/CONE SPACER & BEARING
8:10 CLEAN INSIDE SURFACES OF HUB & INSPECT
8:32 INSTALL NON DRIVE BEARING CONE SPACER & JAM NUT
8:49 GREASE THE OUTER SURFACE OF BEARING
9:03 USE RUBBER MALLET TO INSTALL AXLE WITH BEARING
9:50 REMOVE PAWLS & SPRINGS FROM DRIVER
10:11 GREASE BEARING AND PUT ON AXLE
10:29 FOLLOWED BY THE DRIVER
10:39 TEMPORARILY INSTALL AXLE NUT
11:21 PLACE WHEEL IN DROPOUT FACING OUTWARD AS SHOWN
11:59 MAKE SURE BEARING IS SEATED CORRECTLY!
12:45 PLACE A WASHER OR OLD BEARING AGAINST DRIVER
13:30 TIGHTEN AXLE NUT TO PRESS BEARING INTO HUB
13:35 THERE IS A DEFINITE STOPPING POINT. STOP THERE!
14:01 INSTALL PAWLS SPRINGS INTO DRIVER IF NEEDED
14:33 RIGHT SIDE DRIVE PAWLS POINT CLOSE COUNTER CLOCKWISE
14:46 LEFT SIDE DRIVE PAWLS POINT CLOSE CLOCKWISE
14:53 RIGHT SIDE DRIVE PAWLS = RIGHT SLOT: SPRINGS LEFT SLOT
14:59 LEFT SIDE DRIVE PAWLS-LEFT SLOT: SPRINGS RIGHT SLOT
15:43 DRIVER SHIM GROOVE SHOULD FACE BEARING INSIDE THE HUB
16:03 INSTALL DRIVER ONTO AXLE & INTO HUB
16:23 INSTALL DRIVE SIDE JAM NUT
17:05 REINSTALL HUBGUARDS/PEGS/AXLE NUTS THEN ON BIKE!
