RC ERA C189 MD500 Helicopter Crash Repair Main Drive Gear Replacement

Crashed on maiden flight. Heads up, there are no local replacement parts available so be patient as they ship from China.
Damage assessment:
Main drive gear cogs melted
Front light connector housing torn off
Cracked battery housing
