Bei dem Rotowrap-System werden im Gegensatz zu allen anderen Systemen beide notwendige Drehungen für das vollständige Einwickeln eines Quader-Ballen gleichzeitig durchgeführt. Die Drehung des Müllballens durch oszillierende Walzenpaare ergibt eine gleichmäßige, sichere und kontrollierte Drehung um die Ballenlängsachse. Der Wickelarm mit den Folienvorstreckern rotiert dabei gleichzeitig um die vertikale Achse des Quader-Ballens. Dies spart bei dem Wickelvorgang Zeit und ergibt die dichteste Einwicklung des Müllballens. Ebenso spart dies im Gegensatz zu den zweistufigen Systemen der Mitbewerber Folie.

Rotowrap 30:
Hinter der Ballenrampe befindet sich die Wickeleinheit mit dem Kettenförderer. Der Müllballen wird von den Mitnehmern des Kettenförderers übernommen und in die Wickeleinheit transportiert. Der Kettenförderer ist 6 m lang und hydraulisch angetrieben. Nach dem Wickeln wird der Müllballen abgelegt und vom Kettenförderer auf das Ballenaustragssystem transportiert.

Turning of the waste bale through oscillating pairs of rollers achieves a uniform, reliable and controlled rotation around the longitudinal bale axis. The wrapping unit and chain conveyor are located downstream of the bale ramp. The waste bale is picked up by the chain conveyor carriers and conveyed into the wrapping unit. The chain conveyor is 6 m long and hydraulically driven. Following wrapping, the waste bale is deposited and conveyed by the chain conveyor to the bale discharge system. The standard bale discharge system consists of a 6 m long electrically powered roller conveyor. The bale is removed by a forklift (with bale forks) at the end of the roller conveyor. The roller conveyor can be optionally equipped with a remote control for the unloading process.
