This is a house me and my good friend Carlo Paolozza first scouted months ago, but was unsure if it was abandoned or not. after seeing another explorers video of this house, i immediately recognized it, and wanted to see it for myself!

This home was custom built in 1974. in fact it was the first house built on the street. the original owner was a lawyer in the big city. it was first sold in 1986 when the original family relocated closer to downtown.

it was then purchased by it's second owner who would live here until 2008, a Chinese family then purchased it for almost 3 million dollars. for unknown reasons, they left the house completely abandoned with most of it's contents still inside.
