Coral Reef restaurant - Vegan & non-vegan Food Review - The Seas at Epcot - Walt Disney World

Everyone loves this Walt Disney World restaurant for vegan or plant based and non-vegan food, especially when there's a new menu. Coral Reef Aquarium Restaurant recently changed their menu and added more plant based options. We tried them all!
We got:
Plant-based Mushroom (Lobster-style) Salad with Wild Mushrooms, Hearts of Palm, Tomato, Avocado Purée, and a Lavash Crisp 2:37
Vegan bread with earth balance butter 4:05
House-made Hawaiian rolls 5:24
Plant-based Grilled Garden Vegetable Skewer with Roasted Kefta, Basmati Rice, Lentils, and Smoked Eggplant Salad 6:23
Grilled Swordfish with Warm White Beans, Roasted Cipollini Onions, Arugula, Lemon-Herb Vinaigrette 9:31
