[SFM TUTORIAL] Learning Animation in Source Filmmaker Part 1 - The Absolute Basics Of Animation

Описание к видео [SFM TUTORIAL] Learning Animation in Source Filmmaker Part 1 - The Absolute Basics Of Animation

///PLEASE WATCH THE VALVE SFM TUTORIALS FIRST./// In this tutorial I do not explain how to add assets, manipulate the camera or move around the SFM UI, however all of these points are explained in the Valve tutorials. LINK BELOW

Hi! Here's the first part of my tutorials on SFM. In this tutorial, we're going to be covering what 3D animation is, what the graph editor is for, what splines are, how tangents affect splines, and how to animate a basic ball bounce - the very first exercise any animator ever does. This tutorial is made for people who have just opened Source Filmmaker and want to learn how to animate for the first time. I've never made tutorials before and I don't think I did a very good job on this, but I hope I eventually make some things clear!

even if this turns out to be a terrible tutorial, at least it technically qualifies as ASMR

If I still didn't make things clear, here's another tutorial by Thomas Larsson that covers almost the same stuff but in a much more professional way:    • SFM Tutorial: Into the Graph Editor! ...
