FRUIT CUSTARD RECIPE

Recipe:
1. Boil 1 litre milk in a saucepot. Keep aside to cool it down a bit.

2. To a bowl, add 6 tbsp custard powder and some of the boiled milk which should be either warm or at room temperature. Don’t use hot milk. Whisk well till there are no lumps.

3. Add this custard mixture to the boiled milk passing it through a sieve to make sure there are no lumps.

4. Now add 3/4 cup sugar and 2 tbsp cream. (Optional). Mix well.

5. You can now cool it down, add fruits and enjoy, but if you want to make extra delicious follow the below steps:

6. Transfer this to a bowl and keep that bowl in another bowl full of ice. Keep whisking till you achieve a desired consistency of your choice.

7. Add the fruits (apple, banana, pomegranate, grapes, mango)

8. You can either serve it now or freeze it in an air-tight container in the freezer. Enjoy!
