How do I start my workdays? With a laugh! And I truly believe everyone should.

Ok, so first…coffee, but then we have a daily morning laugh session with the team to get us started for the day. It’s a great boost for all!

Sometimes, life takes over, and the laugh session turns serious - but even that is a great way to connect with my crew before getting everyone started on the day, and we always end with a smile.

We have a big project taking place right now and it is so important for our team to have strong communication and work together. These sessions help!

And from there - we plan our day and get to it - making sure we keep the smiles and laughs in between all the work. A happy crew is a strong crew!
