How to play Tinker Support

Tinker got insane buffs to his healing facet making him an insane support this patch. He starts off pretty weak with an awkward lane, but he quickly gets out of control in the mid game. You can play Hard Support or Soft Support. IT'S OUR TURN TO TERRORIZE PUBS WITH TINKER!!
