Dorayaki Oreo Recipe

►I’m gonna show my favorite Dorayaki Oreo Recipe. To tell the truth - I’m obsessed with Oreo cookies and I always try to make something special of this amazing chocolate cookies.

Ingredients:

Oreo - 14 cookies
Milk - 80 ml
1 Egg
1 tsp of baking powder

Filling

Oreo cream
Cream cheese - 75 gr
Sugar - 1 tsp

Directions:

1. Separate cookies from cream
2. Grind cookies
3. Add milk and egg
4. Make a smooth batter
5. Pour batter in a mixing bowl
6. Add baking powder and mix very well.
Prepare filling
7. To Oreo cream add cream cheese and sugar
8. Mix everything until you get smooth texture
9. Prepare each cake for 1-2 min on low flame like regular pancakes
10. Put filling in the middle of the pancake and cover it with another pancake as shown on video.
