1lb of top-round steak (I’ve also seen pre-cut pepper steak in the meat aisle)
2 tbsp sofrito
1 tbsp garlic paste
2 tbsp oregano
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp adobo
2 tbsp Worcestershire
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 cup water
2 tbsp soy sauce
Bell peppers (red and green are traditional)
Onion (yellow or white
