I went to do a Freedom of Information Act Request on the officer that have me a ticket for going 56 in a 50. He claims that the speed limit was 45 and he has to treat everyone fairly and that's why he gave me a ticket.

Here are the results from that FOIA request:

Dates of employment for Justin Sauceda Badge #4217 - 10/02/2023 TO PRESENT
All complaints made against ofc Sauceda - NO RESPONSIVE DOCUMENTS
number of tickets issued on May, 18th 2024- 3 CITATIONS
Number of license plates called into dispatch on May 18th 2024- 21 LICENSE PLATES
