In its 33rd year of celebrations, the Jolly Boys Sarvajanik Ganesh Mandal at Bandra Reclamation continues its tradition of devotion combined with social awareness. For the past eight years, the mandal has been celebrating Ganesh Chaturthi in an eco-friendly manner, setting an example for the community.

This year, a beautifully crafted eco-friendly idol made of paper mache, natural materials, and organic colors has been installed, reinforcing their message of environmental responsibility.

The chosen theme for 2025 is Artificial Intelligence (AI): Opportunities and Challenges. Through creative decorations and presentations, the mandal highlights how AI is influencing society, the challenges it poses, and the career opportunities it creates for the younger generation.

Alongside daily pujas and aarti, the celebrations include cultural programs, music, dance, and interactive activities for all age groups, open to the public. Funded by devotees and well-wishers, the mandal has consistently balanced tradition with modern awareness while inspiring future generations to uphold these values.

The festivities will conclude with the Ganpati Visarjan on September 2, when devotees will gather to bid farewell to Lord Ganesha with prayers, chants, and the promise of His return next year.
