Описание к видео A Walk along the Tall Trees Trail, near Brockenhurst in May

This is a virtual walk with me and Edith, the miniature schnauzer along The Tall Trees Trail in The New Forest. It is a 15 minute edit of the walk, which is about 1.5 miles long on flat ground.

See the impressive Douglas Fir trees, planted in the 1850s. You'll also see the tallest tree in The New Forest and one of the tallest trees in England.

You can use this video as a background for your home exercise or just enjoy the beautiful scenery while Edith pops in and out of view.

Exercise on your treadmill or in your front room while watching the English countryside. Ideal for those of you who haven't exercised for some time or who have been advised by the doctor to do some exercise.

5 minute, 10 minute, 20 minute and 30 minute virtual walks also available. Build up your fitness in the comfort of your own home with our virtual country walks.

Watch on your phone, tablet or better still, on your smart TV. When you can comfortably complete this walk, move on to one of the other longer walks.
