GreedFall is a fantasy action RPG by the French development studio Spiders, which invites the player to a remote mysterious and magically infested island Teer Fradee, protected by all kinds of supernatural beings. The player is on a mission to find a cure for the Malichor plague. GreedFall is published by Focus Home Interactive. In May 18, 2022 was announced a sequel, GreedFall 2: The Dying World, published by Nacon.

GreedFall opens with the tristesse of the dying town Sérène and the chance for an adventure for the young De Sardet to find a cure against the malicious Malichor plague on the island Teer Fradee. De Sardet and the companions not only must face the magical beings on the island but also the conflict of all the Factions who claim parts of the island.

The old world is dying. Against a backdrop of pollution and overpopulation, an incurable disease – known as the Malichor – plagues the land. Its weary population grows desperate. A single glimmer of hope lies on the horizon. An island, remote and hidden, has been discovered. Teer Fradee... a land spared by the plague, a haven of life, wild and untampered by mankind. It holds promises of riches, but also represents the best hope for mankind to find a cure to the Malichor. On the hunt for the cure, explore a fresh new world as, alongside settlers, mercenaries and treasure hunters, you set foot on this uncharted island seeping with magic
